Born and raised in Florence, Marco Rossi spent his formative years learning the foundations of Italian cuisine from his grandmother's kitchen. He trained at the Istituto Alberghiero di Firenze before cutting his teeth in Michelin-starred restaurants across Milan, London and Singapore.
Now based in Dubai, Marco brings fifteen years of refined culinary experience to private homes, villas and exclusive events across the UAE. His philosophy is simple: exceptional ingredients, treated with respect, served with warmth.
